LeadPilot AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at getleadpilotai.com and the LeadPilot AI platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from two groups of people:
- Agents (Clients): Real estate professionals who subscribe to our Service.
- End Users (Leads):Prospective home buyers and sellers who interact with an Agent's AI chatbot.
By using the Service — whether as an Agent or an End User — you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
From Agents (Clients)
When you create an account and use the Service, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and brokerage name.
- Listing data: Property details, descriptions, images, and related content you provide for your chatbot.
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including login activity and dashboard usage.
From End Users (Leads)
When a Lead interacts with an Agent's chatbot, we may collect:
- Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number (when voluntarily provided during the conversation).
- Qualification data: Budget range, timeline, pre-approval status, and property preferences shared during the chat.
- Conversation logs: The full text of conversations with the AI chatbot.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Power AI chatbot conversations — including sending conversation data to our AI provider for processing (see Section 3).
- Qualify leads and deliver lead information to Agents.
- Schedule showings and send appointment notifications.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, updates).
- Improve and optimize the Service, including AI response quality.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Retention
- Agent account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after account termination, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Lead/conversation datais retained for the Agent's subscription period. After an Agent's account is terminated, lead data is deleted within 90 days.
- Payment records may be retained longer as required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
- Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Access controls limiting who can view personal data.
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal compliance).

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify Agents by email and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
